Our external resources

Oxford Outcomes has several established networks of external consultants, built over the past decade from our collaborations with academic, consulting and regulatory partners. We maximize the benefit of external inputs by:

  • Working hard to integrate partners into our project teams.
  • Being selective about who we work with.
  • Employing careful project management.
  • Investing in training and development.
  • Developing good communications.

Specialist scientists and consultants - We have networks of Health Economics, Patient Reported Outcomes and Epidemiology consultants who work with us on projects where their specialist inputs - usually specific methods, interpretation of results or communications - add value.

International reimbursement and regulatory specialists - Our network of market access, regulatory and reimbursement landscape specialists can advise on national, local and private healthcare environments. Our membership of COPERA is a key component of this capability.

International investigators - We have a network of international investigators who work with us on the in-country collection of PRO data, health utility data, costs, resource utilization, and epidemiological data. Our membership of COPERA is also an important part of this capability.

Opinion leaders – Our well-developed international network of opinion leaders in Health Economics, Patient Reported Outcomes, Epidemiology, market access and many clinical areas, add value to our project work and are brought together to form Oxford Outcomes-run advisory boards.

In-country translators – We have developed a truly global network of in-country investigators and translators who work with us regularly in the Translation and Linguistic Validation of PRO instruments. This network has grown out of our academic and scientific contacts, and through informed selection and investigator training, we are able to maintain the highest standards of work output.
